As the third generation of the winemaking Barry family we now hold the keys to this boutique winery. With access to wonderful fruit and the kind advice of the district’s great winemakers, it’s a chance to show our mettle and skills.
Tasting Notes:
The nose opens up with strawberry and raspberry compote with a hint of orange oil and sage. The palate is rich and silky with flavours of wild strawberry, cherry, and blood orange. The fine tannins wrap around the fruit leading to a cranberry juice freshness on the finish.
