The 2011 Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend is set to be another great weekend of celebrations around The Clare Valley. This year will be the fourth consecutive year that clos Clare has participated and we have a great line-up of food, wine and live music- including a FREE cooking demonstration from 2009 MasterChef Finalist and owner of Andre's Cucina and Polenta Bar, Andre Ursini.

clos Clare invites you to enjoy a selection of delicious wood-oven pizzas- including Pepperoni with fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella or tasty rosemary infused Saltbush Lamb with minted yoghurt and rocket. Admire the views reminicent of Tuscany over a pizza and glass of Riesling or indulge in our delicious Tirimusu for dessert.

Music: Accoustic origionals and covers from Adelaide's hottest young talent Delia Obst.

Free Cooking Masterclass with Andre Ursini.

12noon-1:00pm and 2:00-3:00pm

Join former MasterChef finalist and owner of Andre's Cucina and Polenta Bar, Andre Ursini for two different interactive cooking master classes at clos Clare. Andre will use local produce and draw on his Italian heritage to produce traditional yet refined cuisine.
