The 2011 Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend is set to be another great weekend of celebrations around The Clare Valley. This year will be the fourth consecutive year that clos Clare has participated and we have a great line-up of food, wine and live music- including a FREE cooking demonstration from 2009 MasterChef Finalist and owner of Andre's Cucina and Polenta Bar, Andre Ursini.

Andre Ursini at clos Clare for 2011 Gourmet Weekend

clos Clare has joined forces with former MasterChef finalist and owner of Andre's Cucina and Polenta Bar, Andre Ursini, for the 2011 Gourmet Weekend on the 14th of May. Andre will conduct two, different 1-hour free masterclasses where he will use local produce and draw on his Italian heritage to produce traditional, yet refined cuisine.
